WHY CHOOSE US!?

Infinite Capacity Physical Therapy strives to be the BEST option for prevention, rehabilitation, and lifestyle therapies for recreational, enthusiast, and elite functional fitness athletes. Through providing evidence-based screenings, educational information, and interventions, Infinite Capacity’s goal is to empower people to train, work, and live at their maximal functional capacity.

MISSION

At Infinite Capacity, we believe that wellness, fitness, and health are vital to the human experience!

We believe nutrition, exercise, and recovery are what optimize health and function, so our purpose is to utilize these domains to increase functional capacity, decrease pain, and reduce risk of injury to help people become more fit and resilient.

INfinite Capacity pyramid

We utilize EVERY level of the Infinite Capacity Pyramid to help you increase functional capacity, decrease pain, and reduce risk of injury… helping you become more fit and resilient.

Our pyramid combines the concepts of two established methodologies: 1) The Injury Prevention Pyramid first described by Coles in 2017, and 2) the CrossFit Pyramid.

Far too often, our members initially enter the pyramid near the top for "Injury Assessment and Rehab", after there is already a problem or injury present.

We can help with ALL of the levels below this point as well... Building a strong foundation to "Increase Capacity → Reduce Injury Risk → Improve Function, Fitness, and Health"!
