Initial Evaluation - $249
Everyone starts with an initial evaluation. This is an in-depth 60-minute assessment to identify the root cause of the problem you are experiencing, begin treating those causes, and to come up with a plan moving forward.
Plan of Care Packages*
After Initial Evaluation, the majority of our patients take advantage of our Plan of Care Package options. We typically begin with a visit frequency of 1 per week, and as symptoms are managed taper to 1 visit every other week, and eventually 1 visit per month as you progress back towards 100%.
