Plan of Care Packages*

After Initial Evaluation, the majority of our patients take advantage of our Plan of Care Package options.

We know everyone’s situation is different, so we offer a variety of package options to accommodate a wide variety of needs.

  • In-Person Plans

    • include ALL in-person 60-minute visits for maximum hands-on manual therapy, reassessments, and feedback on progressive exercise prescription

  • Hybrid Plans

    • include HALF in-person 60-minute visits and HALF remote 30-minute virtual appointments for those individuals needing a little less of the hands-on approach

  • Remote Plans

    • include ALL remote 30-minute virtual appointments for individuals who need professional monitoring/guidance on therapeutic exercise and progressive loading, but hands-on treatments and reassessments aren’t necessary. These individuals are typically very confident in their ability to perform exercise progressions with minimal feedback.
